My Story

I lost 80 lbs. Then life happened. Then I had to figure it all out again.

I'm a mom of four — three beautiful girls and one handsome boy. I'm also the CEO and Founder of multiple businesses. And I am living proof that weight loss is not a straight line.

I lost 80 lbs the first time around. Then pregnancy happened. The weight came back. I tried everything I did before — same strategies, same effort — and my body wouldn't cooperate. Not even close.

That's when I stopped trying to force my body into an old plan and started listening to what it actually needed right now. That's when the shifts happened. That's when the weight came off.

The difference between my first journey and my second wasn't willpower. It was understanding my metabolism — what it needed at this season of my life. I eventually lost a total of 130 lbs across both journeys. And that second journey changed everything about how I coach.
